This training is designed to help support your Pastor and ensure that the Pastor and the Worship and Arts ministry are singing from the same sheet of music. We will explain what the acrostic REAL means and how to apply it to your ministry.

This seminar will give you ideas and strategies to ignite your worship experience throughout the year. We not only focus on Sunday to Sunday, but we also stretch and expand your thinking to monthly and seasonal planning, preparation, and implementation.

We will discuss the role of the levites and how they impact the body of Christ today. Additionally, we will cover how we can impact the next generation of levites and how that applies to the church today.
